Breakfast

1. Bacon, omelets, and buttermilk biscuits
2. French toast and bacon
3. Sausage gravy w/ biscuits and omelets
4. Omelets, sausage patties, and hash brown casserole
5. Continental Breakfast including everything listed below plus fruit salad and an assorted variety of muffins and danishes

Breakfast is served with coffee, orange juice, and milk.
Cold cereal, instant oatmeal, and fresh fruit (in season) are available.

Lunch

1. Cheeseburgers w/ fixings, baked beans, chips, and salad bar
2. Taco salad bar and regular salad bar
3. Turkey or ham cheese sandwiches, pickle spears, chips, and salad bar
4. Baked potato bar, salad bar, and homemade chili
5. Pizza, chips, and salad bar
6. Hot dogs, baked beans, potato salad, chips, and salad bar

All lunches are served with beverages, ice cream, and cookies.

Dinner

1. Lasagna, and garlic bread
2. Crispy baked chicken, scalloped potatoes, green beans, and rolls
3. Baked fish, scalloped potatoes, peas, and rolls
4. Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes w/ gravy, corn, and rolls
5. Roast beef, red skin mashed potatoes w/ gravy, carrots, and rolls

All dinners are served with beverages and cake.
